MAY FOCUS:  

THE SHIRK FAMILY

Social Ministry’s focus in May will be our medical missionaries in Kenya, the Shirk family.  Each year we like to show special individual support to the Shirk family for their personal expenses while serving as medical missionaries in Kenya.  They have served in Kenya for several years now and the work being done by the whole family is amazing!  LCVH supports the mission through our budget as well as special support for capital projects at the hospital through Project Hope. However, the family has personal living expenses over and above these generous support avenues.  Please place your love offerings in the Sunday offering plate indicating “Shirk Family” in the memo section and we’ll transfer the funds to them for their personal use. Check out the Social Ministry bulletin board for more information on this wonderful mission. Thank you as always for your continued generous support for all we do!
